The hotel with newly decorated rooms, in an impressive area, helpful in locating a nice restaurant. Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. Excellent service and comfortable bedrooms.

We've stayed at the Business floor so the brunch by the afternoon was quite interesting, room is very good, new, designing, clean and nice view.
They charge $20 a day for internet and $8 for the gym, which exaggerated for guests have already paid high price, specially after having chosen the most expensive rooms, King Club by the business floor.

Should there be a rating between good and excellent, that is where I would place my bets.
Too short a stay to get to know it as a whole (5 nights). Nothing to mind that would draw a "dislike" from me or my girl friend. Little wearing like in breakfast room' s chair bottoms, however not compromising.

View is nice.
Thanks very much for a REAL GOOD stay, can recommend it. The rooms are large and functional and generally offer a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

The staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to metro connections to the older parts of Santiago and even to Cunard or seaborne. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the breakfast provided was great.

The room was very comfortable and everything we expected, just the way it was promised in your website. Very good!
This hotel is divided in two: An old building and a new builind with luxury or executive rooms. We thought we were going to be in the new building because our room was a deluxe room.... But we were sent to the old building which was kind of dissapointing although at the end it wasn´t that bad.

Very nice hotel and friendly employes
I was a disappointed that the swimming pool did not have any water. So, no swimming possible there in summer there for me and no massage salon to relax after a long trip.

Upon arrival the front desk staff requested our passports and immigration documents and did not give us the keys from the booked room. THey were rude and behaved rather strange. After 30 minutes of hearing no explanation we requested to see the hotel manager. We were told he wasn't there - that was Friday 21:00 or around. We insisted on seeing the manager and after 1 more hour he came, but still they didn't give us the room - and again no explanation was provided. No apologies/excuses^ they were talking Spaninsh to each other and refusing to give their names. Apparently, our room was given to someone else or the hotel was overbooked. After more than 1,5hrs at the front desk we asked to call the police and the Consulate, but they ignored.

Localization and Comfort
Its not kind in a hotel like this to sell internet service without wi-fi ins the rooms

The rooms are being upgraded with modern facilities like multi-functional plugs with USB ports. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, even offering upgrades. The breakfast is highly recommended with a friendly main manager. The location is perfect and the lobby is well-equipped with comfortable seating and power outlets. The gym and swimming pool are also impressive.

The staff was polite and very attentive.
I found out while staying at the hotel that a new Intercontinental opened nearby. The room was austere and barren (although clean). Also, the air conditioning didnt really work.
